Parent + Me Movement
Pre Dance
Homeschool Movement
P + M Movement is a parent and me class for ages 1 year to 4 years. In this class you and your baby will use fun sensory items to get your little one moving and learn basic dance/tumble skills all while spending time together.
Pre- Dance is for ages 2 years to 5 years. In this class, like Creative Movement, your child will learn basic ballet positions and movements while putting them into fun combinations. They will start to train harder in technique to prepare them for Level 1 classes.
Homeschool Movement is for all ages. This class will have dance, tumble, games and conditioning. This is a great option for those who need a PE credit and want to meet other Homeschool Students!
Ballet/Tap

Hip Hop
Ballet/Tap is varying in ages depending on experience. In this class, your child will learn proper technique, ballet/tap skills and various combinations. In this class your child learn discipline, strength and self confidence.
Tumble is varying in ages depending on experience. In this class, your child will learn proper technique, tumble skills and various combinations. They will use mats and other tumble equipment to help learn the skills. They will also learn discipline, strength and self confidence
Jazz
Lyrical
Jazz is varying in ages. In this class, your child will learn proper technique, jazz movements and various combinations. They will learn how to feel comfortable expressing themselves through movement. They will also learn discipline, strength and self confidence.

Hip Hop is for varying ages. In this class, your child will learn proper technique, advanced hip hop skills and various combinations. It will be a fun upbeat class. In this class your child learn discipline, strength and self confidence.
Musical Theater
Musical Theater is a jazz based class filled with broadway style dancing and music. This form of dancing emphasizes learning performance skills such as connecting with the audience and facial expressions. They will learn a variety of broadway dances as well as make up their own. This is great class for those who want to have fun and dip their toes into dance
Adult Tap/Hip Hop
Adult Dance
Adult Tap/Hip Hop is for ages 18+ from little experience to intermediate experience. In this class it will consist of a warm up then learn different tap or hip hop skills. You will put the skills into fun combinations. This class will help make you a strong, confident dancer. There is no judgement here, just fun!
Adult Dance is for ages 18+ from little experience to intermediate experience. In this class it will consist of a stretch/warm up then learn skills from both lyrical and jazz. You will also learn fun dances like line dances and dances you can do at weddings. This class will keep you up to date on the latest dance steps and help make you a strong, confident dancer. There is no judgement here, just fun!
Acro
Acrobatic gymnastics is a competitive gymnastic discipline where partnerships of gymnasts work together and perform figures consisting of acrobatic moves, dance and tumbling, set to music. In Acro, you normally go and compete your routines on a team. In our Acro class, you will get to experience Acro and learn moves, routines and skills, without the competition. This class is great for kids who want to do more with tumble and work as a team. This class is for ages 5 to 18.
Baby Yoga
Baby Yoga is for the littlest ones. It is a 30 min class for you and your baby to bond and meet other families. This class is great for you and your baby in so many ways. It helps promotes longer and deeper sleep, balance and coordination skills, aids respiration and digestion, strengthens baby's body and reflexes, improves learning and social development.
Senior Workout
Senior Workout is for ages 50+ from little experience to intermediate experience. We will do a various of workouts with different kinds of equipment. For cardio, we will learn some simple, fun dances. This class will be great for those who are looking to get moving without having to go to the gym!
Adult Conditioning/Stretching
Adult Conditioning/Stretching is for ages 18+ from little experience to intermediate experience. In this class it will start off with light workouts using body weight, bands, medicine balls, exercise balls and low weights. Then the class will transition to a peaceful place to stretch all those stiff muscles and loosen up the body. This class is great for those who are stiff and want to get moving again.
